Whether a complaint involves allegations of a toxic workplace, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination or other issues, we are available to assist employers and organizations with creating investigation policies, processes and protocols, act as advisers to provide guidance with respect to internal investigations, assist employers and organizations in navigating pre investigation processes such as early resolution and mediation, as well as to conduct investigations. We are also available to represent complainants and respondents navigate the process, including assistance with drafting the investigation complaint/response and attendance at the investigation interview.
